Q: Ios

Last night I downloaded the new ios 9.2.1 update to my phone over wifi. The problem is that it wont install. All that pops up after i agree to the terms and conditions is "Unable to Install Update An error occurred installing iOS 9.2.1." There is no error code that I can use to look up to solve the problem.

I feel like I have tried everything, turning my phone on and off, resetting by holding the home and lock button, updating my itunes on my computer to the latest version, and nothing has worked!!

I have very limited internet access and borrowed a friends internet to download the update wirelessly to my phone. The only problem I can think of is that my current iOS is ancient at 6.1.3 and it cannot update from a phone so old. The reason I never kept updating my phone is because I have terrible internet and always seemed to have these problems!

I also had plenty of free space on my phone when I tried all the installing because the phone told me to clear 3.5GB of data before I could even download the update.
