******* my apple id and 3******* is my password i remember only one question which is (waseemrafique) the recovery email is not present now on my account i try to contact apple but i am in china they speak chinese any one can help me to reset my security questions and password i tried again and again but not successful to that time when i call they speak in chinese what can i do please help me

When you contacted Support you asked if there was anybody who spoke your language : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security ?
You could try contacting Support via this form, specifying that you are in China (and therefore using the China iTunes Store), and that you don't speak Chinese, and see what they reply with : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
