Hi,
I was Facetime video calling my girlfriend last night and the connection was poor, and eventually our FaceTime call stopped. We tried reconnecting but every time I clicked on the FaceTime button on my Mac, it would say "Call Failed, unavailable for FaceTime". So I told her to call me, but it also didn't work.
We waited a while, checked our networks and it was completely fine. Now, I can't even click on her FaceTime, it's like she doesn't have a FaceTime anymore...
Same happens on my iPhone 5c. She has both Mac and iPhone 6...
How do I solve this issue, I can FaceTime anyone else BUT her... I can still iMessage her and call her, just not FaceTime....
