How to set up AU for Lab Left / Right EQ?

This is probably "easy", but I have not managed to find my way around setting up Soundflower + AU Lab to equalise Left and Right channels independently from each other.
I want to equalise my headphones to my hearing profile (yes, most of us loose hearing acuteness at different frequencies as we get older, and it is not symmetrical between both ears ;-/
