Mar 5, 2016 12:53 PM in response to shannonfrombourneby michaelandres16,hey, I had the same problem but i found a solution that may help you. if you click on Safari in the top left next to the apple sign then go on to click Preferences. Click Security then next to Internet Plug-Ins click Plug-in Settings. Once the window opens click Silverlight to make sure it has a blue tick then click done and close it all. If you try again now hopefully it works.
