Jan 24, 2016 2:37 PM in response to Carol5050by ChrisJ4203,★HelpfulWhen did you purchase these cables? Have you checked the area of the lightning port on the phone for any lint, dirt, debris? Have you tested one of the other of these 3 cables to see if they work? Take a bright flashlight, a soft, dry toothbrush, and a small, wooden toothpick and check the lightning port on the phone. Blow out with a can of compressed air. Test after that.

I know it is still a good cable or else the message would not appear. I realized it stopped working as soon as I downloaded the new software update iOS 9. Whatever they did cause my charger not to work.
