It's made early Jan 2014, that's what I got when i checked the IMEI, but in our region it's normally to get a new cell phone even if it made last year! The problem is the box shows something and when I checked the IMEI showed different thing! In addition when I checked the regulatory it was empty! I got iphone 6 and it showed that.. I checked the serial and the IMEI number and it's correct... what i can do? give it back to the shop or it's original?

Thank's

If you can, I'd certainly return it. A two year old iPhone sold as new and the contents not matching the box - certainly smells like a ripoff to me.

Plus, if it really has been sitting in its original packaging on a shelf so,where for two years, then you will almost certainly find the battery is basically useless now.

All iPhone 5s models are made by Foxconn in China. But other than that I cannot really help you. There is no such thing as a reliable site to look up IMEI information as the manufacturers and carriers do not make that data publicly available, so any such web sites cannot possibly have complete and accurate information. And that model of iPhone has been out of production since September of 2014 so it could be real, it could be counterfeit, it could be anything.

I did already! But how I can know this one is original from the model number?

I'm sorry for the questions but I'm not good in technology 🙂

Because that information can be looked up and a better idea about the device can be determined, as well as what region it was meant to be sold in. Post the model number, and someone could help. Also, try and answer the question I posed regarding the capacity of the device.
