I need help with FaceTime,
my FaceTime opens BUT it won't let me sign in to use it, when I got the iPad mini at xmas 2015 facetime worked (I am having the same thing happen to messages) i have iOS 9.2.1. Please help me, THANKS

You sign into FaceTime and messages in the settings. Settings>FaceTime>On, then sign in with your Apple ID. If that isn't working, but FaceTime ISturned on, turn FaceTime off, restart the device and then go back to Settings>FaceTime>On. Then sign in again.
