Windows and Android devices cannot connect to AirPort

3 weeks ago I resetted my Tme Capsule due to a network poblem. Since then, none of the Windows PCs in my house can connect to the WiFi, although they see it. Same problem with an Android phone. No problem with Apple devices. Windows PCs are able to connect to the Internet when an Ethernet. Cable is plugged into the router.

Until this reset, coneection to the web worked under OS and under Windows or Android as well. I tried another reset of the Time Capsule wirhout success.

Does anyone know this problem?
