GarageBand 2.1 missing Bluetooth MIDI connect

After installing the newest update to GarageBand (ver 2.1), I've become unable to find the connect Bluetooth midi devices option under settings. I want to report this to apple, but I don't know how to do it in a way where they will actually listen.

Anyone else having this same issue?

Note: I'm using iOS beta ver 9.3.
