I see that you are running into some issues with your attempts to play The Big Lebowski, and your iTunes is being very un-Dude about the whole thing. First, I would like to suggest that you test this behavior in Safe Mode:

If this issue appears with any purchased video in iTunes, you may need to reinstall iTunes by reinstalling OS X:

If this only happens with The Big Lebowski, you may want to report the issue:

If reporting this issue does become necessary, I can assure you that we’ll get some boys down at the crime lab on the issue immediately; we’ll even make them work in shifts!
