How do I get out of idiot mode?

I haven't used Garageband on my iPhone for a couple of years. I just updated and wanted to make some music, but all I can find is this kindergarten junk for non-musicians. How do I access the pro features for actually performing my own stuff?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2.1

HI, to get reacquainted with GB your best bet may be watching a couple of YouTube demo videos. Also check the AudioBus user community forums which is about the single best place to get info on iOS music making apps. The forum is at "Www.audiob.us"
