imessage not registering.

I do not use the 2 step verification.

Haven't set my account to that yet.

It just doesn't work.

I tried deleting the account and re-adding it inside, changing email ids. Nothing.

Yes I have. Do you need an enlarged version of the picture?It basically just shows I am signed inside iMessage but the text doesn't go through because it is requesting me to sign in again.

Yes, I am. It's the same email id and account everywhere.

I agree mine has bits missing, thats what I can't figure out.

It's only on my mac though my other devices (iPod and iPad) work perfectly fine with the account..

Apart from the inactive part, despite the account being enabled. I do not know how to work this out.
