iTunes Error 3194

I just upgrade my iPad from iOS 8.4 to 9.2.1 two days ago. I just experience 9.2.1 only one day. My iPad become slower and lag so much when I played games.

Then I restart it and stuck in "connect to iTunes".

I tried to connect iTunes and choose update. After extracting software finished, this alert message came up "The iPad could not be updated. An unknown error occured (3194)".

What happen if click Restore? Erasing all data? How to fix this error (3194) so I can choose "update"?
