Q: Apple mouse stops working in Google search?

I have a regular Apple Magic Mouse.

Lately it has started to keep disconnecting whilst using it.

I have checked the battery and it has 78% so that's not the problem.

I'm finding if I'm searching on Google and enter something to search when I go back and try to add more words into the search it won't allow me to add anything.

The mouse and cursor continue to move around but then then occasionally the mouse just disconnects.

When I open a new window and try again,I'm able to search until I try to add more text into the search again and the same thing happens.

I've tried with other search engines and it seemed to be fine.

Could it just have to do with the Google page?
