iPod Classic will not Sync fully error -39

Hello,

I have an Ipod classic I would like to use in the car for Music I have not used it for a while.

I got it out at the weekend but unable to fully sync my entire music collection to it.

I have a restored of the ipod, but still will not work.

I am only syncing music to it but seem to fall over at the same point in the sync. (certain song titles come up)

I can sync my Iphone and Ipod touch with no problem from the same library.

Please help
