My iMessage was off for some reason. I tried to turn it on but it said iMessage Unavailable Turn on cellular data; however, cellular data is on. (I did try turning it off and back on as well as turning off my phone). Suggestions?

The next thing to check is at Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure it is set to Automatically. If it is all good there, try turning off iMessage, restarting your iPhone and then turning it back on. If that does not work, make sure you are up to date with the software on your iPhone and make sure that your iPhone is provided to receive SMS message.
