Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue with your iPhone. I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing, but depending on how you have your iPhone set up, you may need to enter both the passcode you use to unlock your phone as well as your Apple ID and password.
