Q: problem with photos syncing to ipad mini 4

I have taken photos on my iphone 6 they sync to my old ipad mini but are not syncing to my new ipad mini 4. I think all of the settings are the same on all three devices. Can this be fixed? Thanks!

I understand that you're expecting photos to sync between your iOS devices. This will only occur if you have iCloud Photo Library and/or My Photo Stream enabled on each device. To check your settings on your iOS devices please follow through the articles below.
