Q: After install of 9.2.1 my I phone will no longer text forward sums to I pad.Apple support couldn't fix it

AAfter install of 9.2.1 sims function on tablets non operable.

APple support couldn't fix after more than 3 hours on phone.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1
