Jan 25, 2016 12:20 PM in response to Pauleygirlby Meg St._Clair,Are you saying you downloaded the same apps to your new iPad and they have ads? If so, you may have paid to have the ads removed when you downloaded them before. Sometimes, when you get a new device, you have to log into the app and then restore any previous purchases. Try looking in the settings within the app. If, however, they are different games, it may be that you downloaded ad supported apps. If they don't give you a way to delete the ads, look in the app store for different versions (perhaps by a different developer) that will allow you to pay for the app up front.
I'm not sure what you mean by iMessage being different. It's still iOS. Can you explain what, specifically, is causing you problems?
