Q: I have the I pad pro and there are so many things it WILL NOT DO. My games now have ads but my iPhone does not have the ads???

The new I Pad Pro is a learning curve for sure. I have the I Pad Air and it was so easy. Everything worked on it right away. The IPad Pro is more difficult. I have to redo many of my things like iMessage and Facebook is so different. Ads appear in my games on the IPad Pro but not on my Iphone6SPlus. The ads are very distracting. You cannot remove them from the IPad Pro that I know of, 62 and frustrated! Please help this granny.

Are you saying you downloaded the same apps to your new iPad and they have ads? If so, you may have paid to have the ads removed when you downloaded them before. Sometimes, when you get a new device, you have to log into the app and then restore any previous purchases. Try looking in the settings within the app. If, however, they are different games, it may be that you downloaded ad supported apps. If they don't give you a way to delete the ads, look in the app store for different versions (perhaps by a different developer) that will allow you to pay for the app up front.

I'm not sure what you mean by iMessage being different. It's still iOS. Can you explain what, specifically, is causing you problems?
