NHS mail (nhs.net) not working

Since the latest El Cap upgrade, my NHS.net account has stopped working from my mac. I have contacted NHSmail and they tell me that they don't support macs. Previously, I've uninstalled the exchange account and reinstalled it but it doesn't work this time as it is asking for an internal and external URL - any ideas?
