When I start the process I'm asked to take 3 pics. One of me with my ID. Two more, one with the front of my credit card, one with the back?

I did purchase an iPad pro and occasionally use it for email & facebook. I've gotten this email twice. Just wanted to throw out the question before I send pictures of my ID and Credit Card.

No, its a scam. A Phishing attempt. The website in the link does not belong to Apple. Do not supply any information. If you used your Apple ID on the site it links to, immediately change your Apple ID password.

http://appleid.apple.com Is the only real URL Apple will use for Apple ID related incidents.

You can send the email to Apple for review:
