Q: Cannot log into my FaceTime nor iMessage

Whenever logging in to FaceTime/iMessage , it always says "an error occurred during activation". It's been like this since last year 2015 MARCH and I even tried making another account! I don't know how to fix it Help!!! AAlthough ☝ ️It works whenever logging into the App Store and all except FaceTime and imessage

read this through, then act > If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
