Basically says for uploading you only need the most current version of Adobe Flash. You may not be able to view it in Snow Leopard, but the latest Safari with the combo update of 10.6.8 and patches should be able to at least upload the video once you have updated Flash. Use the following updates in sequence (skipping step 2 if you don't have those models) to get the current version of Safari on your Mac:

1. Combo v1.1 (7/25/2011)

(2 Thunderbolt update (for 2011 iMacs and MacBook Pros for installation after 10.6.8)

3. 10.6.8 2013 Security Update 004

4. 2013-005 Java update (note Java is not current until Mac OS X 10.7.3 from Java.com)
