WiFi is working fine. iPad appears to be connected (blue checkmark next to network name in Settings, WiFi symbol appears in upper left on main screen), but it won't connect.

I've restarted several times, including a reset. I've turned WiFi off and back on again. I've closed apps and re-opened them. Nothing works.
