Where is photostream on a PC?

HI I have an iphone 4 and 5s. I have icloud app installed on windows 7. I have only 3 folders: upload, download, shared.

I cannot work out where my photostream should be. Nothing is syncing either. I have photostream on the phones.

Can anyone shed some light or am I being thick?

According to My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support they should be in the "Downloads" folder (see the quote below). That link may have something else that will help.

I haven't used Photo Stream since iCloud Photo Library was released but it used to be that only new photos taken on the iPhone after you turned on Photo Stream would automatically be added and they wouldn't do that until you closed the Camera app and were connected to wi-fi.

When you turn on Photos, iCloud for Windows creates a Photos folder in File Explorer called iCloud Photos. My Photo Stream automatically downloads any new photos that you take on your iOS devices to the Downloads folder.
