Q: Problem with 9.2.1?

I'm not sure if this problem is related to me updating to 9.2.1 but my phone screen started acting up around that time. Ever since I updated my touch screen just stops responding to touch whatever I press nothing is working. I know it's not the phone that is freezing because when I press the home button, it responds. So yeah 90% of the time I can't use my phone properly because of the touch screen not responding.

It's so frustrating so I'm wondering if it's a glitch on 9.2.1 or if my touch screen is broken? Am I the only one having this problem? Anyone recommend a solution please because I cannot use my phone properly. It's an iPhone 6 btw. Thanks
