I understand that you are having issues with your iPhone being in recovery mode after you shut down. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on.
The first thing I would do is setup your iPhone as a new device and then start syncing content slowly over to pinpoint what could be causing this. Take a look at the article below for more details on this.

Because of no battery or else it turns down then become in recovery mode. I have recovered my phone about six times

You say that your phone is not in recovery mode but that it goes into recovery mode when you try to turn it off. You then say that you have restored it several times. Please try to explain what is happening.
