Q: Changing iTunes Email

Hello There! I very easily changed my email address on my iTunes account. Then all of a sudden I was unable to sync or sign in to download apps. I changed it back to the old email address which I really didn't want to do. I'm in the process of deleting that old email so... How do I go about this???

    Well, there are a couple of different questions here:

     

    1.     For Syncing, what are the problems you are encountering when you try to sync? Are you getting an error? If so, what is it?

     

    2.     For the apps question, it sounds like you set up a brand new Apple ID rather than changing your old ID to the new email address? If you did that, then all purchases that were done under that old ID will be forever tied to that old ID, so you are going to need to remember the password to the old ID in order to update any apps going forward. Or, you can delete those apps, and re-purchase (or re-download them if they were free) under the new ID.
