Q: Kernal Panic on new (refurbished macbook)- please help.

If you do have some information concerning the exact Model and build year of your Mac

and the OS X version numbers, that may be a start. Other information would included any

screenshot of a panic message (by camera, then uploaded) or by use of keyboard shortcut.

• Make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store Genius Bar
• Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider

Because re-reading through your topic thread did not yield any observational clues or hints

as to what may be wrong with your computer, a visit to an Apple retail Store with genius bar

may be an idea to help; you can get an appointment and they may be able to check the Mac.

Or an authorized Apple service provider can perform lengthy diagnostic tests and offer you

some advice based on their finding. Expect tech fees, at an independent AASP facility.
