iphone 6 won't install update iOS 9.2.1
iOS 9.2.1. is downloaded, but won't install. Tried several times over a week.
Additian info - the iTouch function did pass away a month ago.

Tried to update it via iTunes on the Mac, but then it crashed in the middle of the update and remains frozen (error 53).
I guess I'll have to fix the Touch ID button to get it going again?

Are you using iTunes 12.3.2?
You need current iTunes to deal with iOS 9.

It didn't work. I got a new iPhone on warranty - so nothing lost, except for a few days of hassle getting the replacement.
