Q: iPhone 6 Screen is clicking...?
I'm pretty sure there are a few threads like this floating around, but I decided to create another. (pls don't hate me lol)
So I purchased my iPhone 6 in October of 2014, I don't know if my warranty is still valid, but I'm pretty sure I got Apple Care plus with it (which i haven't used yet)
Anyway, recently I heard a clicking noise on the left hand side of my phone screen almost as if the screen were loose or popping off (around the volume buttons and slightly below that as well). I'm concerned that if I don't get this looked at, that it will cause further problems later on.
I'm not sure how this problem originated or when, but I only noticed it recently when I was at home in the silence of my bedroom.
It has also come to my attention that the bottom right hand corner of my screen makes a similar clicking noise, however this is not as loud as the left hand side.
I noticed for a while it would not constantly make the noise, however as time as gone on the clicking has become more frequent and almost permanent.
Will my warranty or apple care plus cover this issue and will I need to pay? Also, I'm not sure if the genius bar will recognise this issue? Or is it "my fault"
I'm just worried and also slightly disappointed as I'd hoped my phone would last a few years before having any issues.
One last thing, if anyone else has had this issue - did Apple fix it for you on the spot, or were you given a completely new replacement handset?
Thanks.
iPhone 6, iOS 9.2
