iPad mini 9.2.1 update now no memory
My daughter updated her iPad mini to 9.2.1 and now she has no memory available. Says the update is complete. She deleted all photos, all videos, and only has a few apps. HELP!!

She says it actually downloaded and installed the update but now she has no memory and can't use her ipad for notes in class. Wish I had the device in front of me but she is a busy grad student 3 hours away.
