Q: Macbook Pro no longer allowing sending/receiving phone calls and text.

Everything was working fine until a week ago or so. Now all of a sudden I can't make calls, FaceTime, or send text using my phone number through my Mac. It will still let me use my email to send iMessages and such, and in fact thats the only option available now. But the phone number no longer appears as an option. Any help would be appreciated.
