Q: How to organize books in ibooks (IOS 9)

Thanks for your response.
The problem is that with the new IOS (this happened, as said in my first post, when I upgraded the system) I have the same book in several collections. For example, the magazine "X" appears in the collection "magazines" (created by me) and in the collections "PDF" and "ALL". If I delete one of these collections (as unnecessary) also delete the book in the collection "magazines".
