I'm a bit unclear on exactly which application you are referring to, but if you are talking about iMovie, it is indeed a free download for new devices. Feb 3, 2016 5:54 PM in response to brenden dvby davidinmotion,Thanks Brenden there is still a charge to download the Apple Apps for the iPhone 6S Plus (16GB / iOS9). I have attached screen print below. I have noticed a lot of questions online with the same issue. I was at the Apple Store for a class and the individuals who did not have the iPhone 6S Plus was able to get the APP's. Any suggestions beyond this point. I have already made the purchase.
