Q: How can I get the apple configurator 1x?

How can I get the apple configurator 1x? I use Yosemite and apple configurator 2 is not compatible.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

I suspect you will need to upgrade to OS X 10.11.x , as you noted Configurator 2x is not compatible with earlier versions of OS X. If you do not want to upgrade OS X, then I'd recommend contacting AppleCare and see if Configurator 1x is still available somehow.
