Q: Facetime issues
I can see and hear them, they can see me, but cannot hear me. This happens on my MacBook Pro (OS X El Capitan 10,11.2) and iPhone 6 (9.2.1), but not iPad air. Suggestions?

Does the Mic work for other aps on the phone?
On the Mac go to FaceTime>Video and is the internal mic selected?
On the Mac go to System Preferences>Sounds>Input with the internal mic selected can you see the bar move with change in level?
