Apple Music uploads wrong explicit/clean version or entirely wrong song

Recently linked my entire music library (mostly non-itunes sourced content from CD's, mixtapes, etc) to apple music and paid for apple music subscription. On my iphone 6 plus, when I play playlists of music (which work fine on itunes application because they play the mp3's on my computer), occasionally the songs are completely different from the ones that play on iTunes, and more often it plays the clean version when I have the explicit. Is there a way to choose what song Itunes/apple music matches with my songs, other than replacing them individually in playlists with the correct version from apple music (which is free with the subscription, but annoying because when I end the subscription the songs will disappear)
