I recently just purchased Windows 10 Home. For Bootcamp I needed an iso which I downloaded, but to continue with the installation, I needed a USB drive. Do I need the USB storage to match the iso? i.e. I have a 64gb iso, so do I need a 64gb USB?

Are you sure the ISO is 64GB in size? Or are are you referring to it being Windows 10 64 bit which has nothing to do with its file size?
Usually the USB drive needs to have enough space to accommodate the file being put on it. If the file is 64GB in size, then yes you would need a USB that can accommodate that. However, I don't believe there are any Windows ISOs that are 64GB in size.
When I downloaded the iso it gave me the 32 bit and 64bit, and I downloaded the 64bit.hope this helps.
Being 64 Bit is unrelated to its file size (GB, or gigabytes). So just because its 64Bit does not mean its 64GB in size.
You can put the ISO on any USB drive that can fit it. It does not need to be a 64GB USB drive as long as the ISO fits in the drive.
so with that, I should be able to use a 16gb USB with no problem?
Again, depends on the actual file size of the ISO file. Check the file size for it. It will in all likelihood fit in a 16GB drive.

Then yes, you may just be able to put it on a 16GB drive. Though it may need a 32Gb drive to be sure.

The 15.7Gb ISO is not usable, it is a combined 32-bit/64-bit ISO which is not usable with BC Assistant.
You should download 64-bit ISO from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/home . it should not be larger than 4.7 GB.
