Face time is not available anywhere in my mobile,please provide me assisstance

Was your iPhone purchased in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or nearby Middle East country?

The government restricts and prohibits FaceTime in these areas.

Your iPhone will only have FaceTime if it contains a SIM card from one of a small number of carriers, all of which are located in the Middle East. Aside from this, you need to sell it and buy a different one to get FaceTime.
