Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your iPhone. While I can't say for certain what may be taking up this space, if you continue to have unexpected or unexplained storage usage you may find the information and steps outlined in the following article helpful. In particular, you may want try using iTunes as described to get a breakdown of your storage usage by type. Also note that for certain cached storage (such as is used for certain types of iTunes streams and downloads), iOS will automatically manage the usage and will free up more space as needed.

Thanks for reply. However i have tried connecting to itunes, synced my phone, question remains, how will i get rid of these 1,91GB of "documents and data"?

- Documents & Data: Safari Offline Reading List, files created within apps, and app content like contacts, calendars, messages, and emails (and their attachments)
You would need to determine individually what accounted for that data and delete it if necessary.
