tis is not helpful, since i didn't turn on the find my mac
i need to have email address of apple, where i can report the Serial no, so they can block it in there system

Apple does not do that.

You need not bother trying to contact Apple. They DO NOT keep any record of stolen Macs.
All you can do is report the theft to the police.
