My iPhone is on searching in my cellular data all the time since I pressed the personal hotspot. I have tried talking to Sprint support, turning airplane mode and my iPhone on and off, resetting my network, erasing my iPhone. Now, I can't reactivate.

My iPhone is on searching in my cellular data all the time since I pressed the personal hotspot. I have tried talking to Sprint support, turning airplane mode and my iPhone on and off, resetting my network, erasing my iPhone. Now, I can't reactivate. Even on the activation screen I still have the searching data problem.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1
