Does QuarkXPress 2015 have a fix or upgrade for OS X 10.11.3 Quark crashes almost immediatly after a couple of commands.

It won't even launch for me. I may, or may not see the splash screen before it crashes. I'm somewhat amazed not a single beta tester for 10.11.3 noticed this.
May have something to do with how the 10.11.3 update is applied. I didn’t test applying the delta update, so maybe that’s okay. What I did was install the full 10.11.3 installer over 10.11.2. I did that mostly because I had repartitioned the SSD drive a month or so ago and needed to get the recovery partition back on the drive.
The simple solution was to put Quark XPress 2015 in the trash, reinstall it and apply all of the updates. Works perfectly now.
