This is very very helpful so far, the only problem is that there must be a problem with my last itunes library because it seems to be generating the same library as the corrupted one. Any ideas?

I still use iTunes 7.5 so I only know how things work with newer versions if I read it here. Are you sure it isn't something you are missing such as displaying the sidebar?

I've got same problem, Owner of iPod touch, iPad, iPhone6, iMac and Macbook Pro, iTune do a great ******** with all my libraries (Duplicates playlist 2 or 3 times, empty playlists, etc).

I desactivate iCloud library on all device, but sometimes iTunes reactivate the iCloud library in prefs.

My problem is: on each device, I have différents mp3 or m4v files. For this I can't use iCloud Library.

And this is the great problem of AppleMusic, you can't store albums or playlists if you don't use iCloud library. With Spotify and Deezer you can do this. For this reason, I will forget AppleMusic in few weeks.

PS: I spent more than 30 hours to rebuild my iTunes Library wit my 25'000 music files. For this I d'ont sys 'Thank you' to Apple.

If it takes you that long you do not maintain proper backups.

Thank you guy, you have right. Your help was great for me !  I dont need Sermonizer.

When Apple duplicate 3 or 4 times my playlists, it's not a question of backup !!!

I just can says with iTune it is not possible to take care of more than 20'000 mp3 files and this is not specified by Apple.

I just have no more confidence with Apple software

But Apple Music and iTunes are great ********.

And is better for you you watch stupid series on TV and not comment on this forum.
