Anyone else getting problems with the address bar. Not working to show frequently visited sites and and after visiting sites manually or via bookmarks the addresses are overwriting each other(showing multiple addresses at the same time).

I have the same problème since this morning after update EL CAPITAN
Had the same problem as of today.
This solved the problem: Disable the Safari Suggestions in Preferences -> Search and restart Safari
