Problems Sending Photos After Update to 9.2.1

I did the update to 9.2.1 and now I am unable to send photos using messages. I get the Not Delivered message. Also, I sent a text message to a friend. I typed her name and it found her contact info like it always has. After I sent the text in my messages list she only shows as a number and not her name. Suggestions? Just frustrating stuff.
