Macbook pro El Capitan crashes (black screen death) when (some) Mail is forwarded

5 times since the upgrade to El Capitan, Macbook Pro crashes the immediate moment when 'Reply' or 'Forward' is clicked in Mail.

Here is the last message before death in the syslog:


Jan 27 10:13:27 macintosh Mail[8052]: Stream 0x7fe6405e5dc0 is sending an event before being opened

Jan 27 10:13:28 macintosh Mail[8052]: com_apple_mail_attachmentKinds size not matching com_apple_mail_attachmentSpecificTypes size

Jan 27 10:13:37 macintosh kernel[0]: **** [IOBluetoothHostControllerUSBTransport][InterruptReadHandler] -- Received kIOReturnNotResponding error - retrying: 1

Jan 27 10:13:37 macintosh kernel[0]: **** [IOBluetoothHostControllerUSBTransport][ClearFeatureInterruptEndpointHalt] -- successfully posting another read for the mInt0InterruptPipe -- mInterruptPipeInOutstandingIOCount = 1 -- this = 0x8800

Anyone else experience this?

Have you tried to rebuild the mailbox. https://support.apple.com/kb/PH22339?locale=en_US Or delete and reinstall it. Here is another helpful hint. http://osxdaily.com/2015/07/05/resolving-mail-problems-os-x-update/ https://support.apple.com/kb/PH22314?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US If some of this does not help. I could be the address book settings or contacts.
